Civil Law Disputes and Litigation

Civil Law relates to disputes, not of a criminal nature, between private people or organisations. Civil Law protects a person’s safety and security as well as their reputation. It also protects tangible and intellectual property. If any of these things are compromised, remedy is generally sought in the way of monetary restitution.

Civil Courts may also impose other conditions such as “injunctions”.

We are able to assist in these situations with negotiation, letters of demand, mediation, preparing and filing Court documents and providing Court representation.
